A comprehensive CV generation platform for consultancy firms that enables employees to build detailed profiles and generate customized CVs (.pdf) in seconds. Features multiple templates, drag-and-drop field reordering, custom field creation, and admin user management capabilities.
I developed various gamification and loyalty campaigns for Dhiraagu customers, each built around a daily check-in loop where users come back day after day to build a streak, and unlock prizes along the way.
I measure instead of guessing.
Texturing these dark cards, a multiply blend moved the surface 1.3 levels out of 255. Screen moved 18.6. Same texture, different blend, and the difference was invisible until it was measured.
Motion should carry meaning.
The menu's exit runs at a third of its entrance, because a menu should be eager to get out of the way. Its links hinge open from their top edge rather than fading, so the stack unfolds instead of just appearing.
Build the system, not the screen.
This site's accent used to be acid green. Changing it to coral was one variable. Nav, tags, focus rings and text selection all followed, because nothing hardcodes the value.
Accessibility isn't a final pass.
Every animation here has a reduced-motion path, the nav is keyboard-navigable with a focus trap, and the copy button never claims a copy it didn't actually make.
